We have a 30-day return policy, which means if a Cafelffe product fails due to a material or workmanship defect within 30 days of the original purchase date, you can replace the entire product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you wish to initiate a return, you can contact us at coffee@cafelffe.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will also process it promptly and email you the delivery information for the new product. If you have any questions about returns, you can always contact us at coffee@cafelffe.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for damaged or lost items. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we will promptly process it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
